BOOKING DEPOSIT

Deposit is required for villa booking confirmation. Payments can be made direct to our Thai bank account using the details below ,alternatively payment can be made using Credit Card using Paypal in GBP (additional charges will apply) Low Season : 25% deposit is required. High Season : 50% deposit required Peak Season : Full Payment is required. The outanding balance will be required on arrival, payable by cash in Thai baht |
| SECURITY DEPOSIT | A 10,000 thai baht or the equivalent in your local currency is required upon arrival to cover any damages. This will be refunded upon departure.

| CANCELLATION | Any Villa cancelled prior to the arrival date will be subjected to cancellation conditions. Low Season : 10 days before arrival. For late concellation, a one night charge. High Season : 30 days before arrival. For late cancellation, half of stay will be charged. Peak Season : 45 days before arrival. For late cancellation, whole period will be charged. All cancelations will be charged a 15% administration fee. |
| NO-SHOW | Any guest failing to arrive on the arrival date will be subjected to no-show charge. No-Show Charge : whole period of stay will be charged. |
| ELECTRICITY AND WATER | To encourage responsible use of electricity and water, we charge for this separately and is not included in the rental charge. This is charged on a per unit basis payable on departure. |
